The Hudson Lodge is a private day lodge for skiers to be located slope side at The Ski Bowl Village at Gore Mountain in North Creek, New York. The Hudson Lodge will provide members and their guests with direct access to Gore Mountain Ski Area from a private Adirondack great camp setting. The facility and the conveniences it offers will contribute to what should be a most enjoyable skiing experience.

The Hudson Lodge is a private ski lodge constructed in the Adirondack great camp style to be located slope side in the Ski Bowl Village at Gore Mountain. Membership in The Hudson Lodge will offer ski-in/ski-out capability in a private setting.
Memberships
Approximately 100 Family Memberships and 20 Corporate Memberships will initially be available through a private offering. An application and a refundable deposit must be submitted for consideration.
Facility
The Hudson Lodge will be built in the traditional Adirondack great camp style. The building will allow members to enjoy many luxury amenities which will include:

Location
The Hudson Lodge will be located in the Ski Bowl Village, North Creek, New York at the base of the old Hudson Trail. It will have full view and access to the primary ski trail at the Ski Bowl Village site.
Fees
Membership in The Hudson Lodge will be subject to a Membership Fee, which will be returned to the Member upon termination subject to certain resale criteria. The cost of operating the facility will be shared equally by all members in the form of annual dues.
Guest Policies
The Hudson Lodge memberships will be for the immediate family of each Member, namely spouses and children under the age of 25.
Members will be allowed and encouraged to bring guests subject to The Hudson Lodge guest policies. Members will be charged a nominal daily fee per guest.
The number of guests and frequency of visit will be limited appropriately. Guest policies will greatly encourage use of the facility by related family members (married children, parents and siblings).

Family Memberships
The Hudson Lodge will initially offer 100 Family Memberships. Each Family Membership will be entitled to ski storage, reserved parking, an assigned locker (located in a private great camp setting) and full access to all Lodge facilities.
The Lodge Rules and Regulations encourage use of the facility by the extended family of each Member.
Corporate Memberships
The Hudson Lodge will initially offer up to 20 Corporate Memberships to select corporations, local businesses and inns. Corporate Memberships will include:

Corporate Guest Rights – Corporate Members will be entitled to a limited number of guests on any given day, in keeping with the private nature of the club. Initially, the number of guests will be comparable to the guest policy for the Family Membership. Larger weekday corporate events can be scheduled in advance. Corporate Members will have access to a separate private locker room area, a designated locker and access to the business center and all other club facilities.

Family Membership Rights – The Corporate Member will have a number of reserved Family Membership Rights and will be able to designate an employee, officer or director as the individual to receive the Family Memberships.
Each designated individual will complete a regular membership application form, personally agree to all Hudson Lodge Rules and Regulations and will pay to the Hudson Lodge the then current Family Membership Fee.
